Because of the direct touch between the surface of pressure roll and cardboard paper, the surface of pressure roll should be cleaned frequently.

High Hardness from Vertical Quenching Process

Intermediate frequency quenching can guarantee both the hardness and harden depth we need. Our harden layer depth can reach to 8-10mm. With harder base material as foundation, the lifetime of our pressure rolls are greatly extended.
